RESERVATION & BOOKING PROCEDURES
You can request your booking via e-mail to email@example.com or through our Booking Form. On receipt of your booking request, our reservation staff will respond you as soon as possible & inform you about room availability and make tentative booking.
We will send our reservation confirmation for your record and indicate payment due date. Reservation procedures will respond to you within 24 hours if reservation is received during our office hours (GMT +5:30, 9:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. Sunday – Saturday).
Your booking will be secured after you receive a confirmed e-mail from the hotel authority. Advance deposit may be required in some conditions.
On requirement of advance deposit to guarantee your booking, please print out credit card payment authorization form, fill in the details and e-mail a scanned picture to the hotel.
Cancellation must be notified to Backyard hotel in written only.
Any cancellations received less than 3 day(s) before arrival will be subjected to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night(s) charge of each booking.
Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 100% of total amount.
Payment by credit card: NRS 1000.- will be charged as Backyard hotel handling fee Refund will be returned to the original credit card and 3% credit card fee will be applied.
Payment by cash: NRS 1000.- will be charged as Backyard hotel handling fee Refund will be returned in cash.
